I got great service. Arrived the same day of my call in less than an hour. The service tech explained what he was going to do and found out where my problem was. My tech's name was Dave and I think he did a great job and helped me understand what I needed to do to prevent future problems. This is only me 2nd experience with Roto-Rooter as a home owner and they are great to work with, from the inital phone contact to the finish.
