We booked our hotel through this company and we showed up at our hotel and the hotel advised that Americantours International did not pay their bills and we had to pay for our hotel stay AGAIN! We called their 800# and nobody returned our calls (about 3 or 4 times). We called our credit card company and finally Visa refunded our money.
