Ordered a evening dress 3 weeks before a dance ball. The staff forgot to place the order for a week and only realized the dress had arrived when I went to the store to ask what the situation was. Alteration was ordered a week before with priority service. They failed to finish it on time and only told me so when I went to the store to pick it up on the date of the ball. Have sent a letter of complaint to the management but they have not even replied to me after 3 weeks. They have charged me for all the cost and have not even informed me what had happened to the dress. Go to the NY store. The staff and management in the 2nd floor is completely incompetent. I will go to Neiman Marcus in the same mall complex from now. more
