I recently had my vehicle towed into the 12990 Research Brake Specialists for overheating. They got the vehicle in as soon as the tow driver got it off the flatbed. They showed me where my radiator had split at the top along the seam. They also showed me that my radiator hoses were about to burst as well due to swelling. They got my radiator and hoses ordered and gave me a ride home. They called my about 4 hours later and my vehicle was finished. They even came and picked me up. Talk about great customer service.... I thought for sure they would have to keep my vehicle longer to do the repairs, but they surprised me by how fast they got the work done. The staff here was helpful during the whole ordeal and I will be back for any other maintenance that I need. :)
