I ordered flowers for my mother. They didn't attempt delivery until late in the day. By then she had already left. When I called to complain, I was told he had 2 funerals that day and they were more important than a birthday. When I said I had canceled the order through the 800 number he told me he didn't care he'd get paid for it anyway. I told him I would be leaving negative feedback online and he told me if I did he'd see me in court. He then called me an idiot and hung up on me. If you'd like to order flowers from this kind of business, go ahead but I'd recommend going somewhere where customers are treated with a little respect and dignity.
