We scheduled a piano move, and they never showed at our friends' house to pick up the piano to move it to our home. Five hours we managed to get a hold of them and they came up with an excuse about their truck. We rescheduled for another day, and fifteen minutes after they were suppose to show at our friends' home the owner called and said he gave his guys the day off, and would we like to reschedule? Ummm..NO! We're going to book with with any other company but this one, and you should too. They are UNRELIABLE, DISORGANIZED, AND UNRESPONSIVE. I wouldn't trust them at all with something as valuable as a piano at this point.
