We have had issues with our tub not draining and backing up into our other tub. We even started having issues with water going along our base boards in the joining living room. Very stressful!!!! We had a death in the family last Monday and I had taken care of what was needed and thought I would call to see if I could get someone to come out that day since I was already off work. To my surprise she stated she had someone in the area and he could be there in the next few minutes. I could not believe it. Curtis was very polite and let me know the cost up front. I did feel it was high put we had to have it done. He slipped the footies on and off every time he came into the house. He line the tub with newspaper and cleaned up his mess afterwards. We had another leak in the faucet of the tub and he took care of that. I was impressed with the respone time and the extra care he took in cleaning up. I was already stressed out and Roto-Rooter and Curtis was able to ease my mind with our plumbing issue. Thank you!
