I agree with the previous reviews, there's been a shift in the quality of service. I have been taking my cat there for several years and had received helpful service. I hadn't had my cat groomed their since late last year and called to make an appointment. I asked about my cat's last visit and the woman said she didn't have that info. Then she said she did have the info but she ""would have to sift through all of her papers"". So I asked again, and she said that she wasn't willing to look up that info for me. In previous scheduling, they have always been able to look up my pet, tell me the last appointment date and affirm the vaccine record I provided. Now I am looking for a new South Austin groomer who is competent in record maintenance and customer service.
