Everyone talks this spa up as the best in town. It wasn't awful by any means, but I have been to much better for the same price and cheaper. Not all, but the majority of the staff I encountered treated it as "just a job" and I think your attitude in this line of work can make or break a customers' experience. At a restaurant, a server's job isn't just to bring you the food...it's to make your experience an enjoyable one so you will come back. I think the same holds true for a spa. One of the employees literally spoke 2 sentences to me the entire hour and a half I was getting a mani/pedi. Like I said, it wasn't horrible, just not what I expected.
