We had IHT install a flat screen over our fireplace with a cool little sound bar about a year ago. My wife loves the fact that she can't see any wires or equipment! We went ahead with the universal remote which we were hesitant about but now we love it. The remote is super easy and cleaned up some of our clutter. We recently had IHT back out to install Directv and security. We should have listened the first time they told us to get rid of Comcast. The picture quality rocks and the new DVR sharing thing is awesome. The security was something we talked about for a long time but didn't think was possible because we didn't have a home phone. Wrongo again. They set us up so we can control our security and Directv from our iPhones! This is a cool company that stays on top of their game. Easy to work with and just great guys that are helpful every time we need them. The only downside is they are always super busy but I certainly know why. Highly recommended
