We have an annual problem every year and a half where the roots from our bushes and tree start growing into the main sewer line. We have had someone from Roto-Rooter auger the main line almost every time (one exception that will NEVER be repeated - another plumber in Cincinnati who didn't do a good job). The service technicians are always helpful and courteous. We have had a Roto-Rooter plumber perform some preventive maintenance on the line and they have suggested other methods for us to do to prevent the problem (with the exception of removing the tree and bushes). We have always been pleased by the service and quality. I highly recommend using Roto-Rooter. Call them first!!
