I assume we can agree on the following: Professional; True Color Artists/Stylists; Honest, Reasonable Priced and Punctual, (rarely heard off in Miami, where people seem to operate on *I will be there when I get there Standard time*) are really hard to find these days. So when you find one, and I assure you, Irina is one of them, hold on to her like you do a venti size free starbucks and follow her wherever she goes, even Tampa!\r
