The owner would not let me use a $200 gift card on ""sales"" merchandise. I received the card as a Christmas present because my South Philly friends knew I liked to shop there. The owner explicitly said I was prohibited from using it on ""sales"" merchandise, despite the fact that my friend paid cash for it. I thought about filing a Small Claims Complaint to get the money back, but honestly, walking around town and bad mouthing the place is better than the aggravation of going to court.
