I had a very bad experience here. The owner of the store helped my husband. We measured and needed a wide size, but the owner didn't have them so he sold us what he said would be wide enough. He was wrong and of course he will not allow us to return them. The shoe fit is miserable. This guy is just a owner of a shoe store. He is not a foot expert. He tried to contradict everything our pediatrist wanted us to purchase. He just wants you to make a purchase of course. His prices are way too high so expect to pay full retail for everything. Now that I think about it, I had a bad experience there 10 years ago with one of my children! I should have known better than to return. I think one star is too high of a rating!
