I puurchased full price tickets ($40) and then recieved an email from this company offering me tickets at half price ($20) for the same tour on the same date. When I called to either get a reduction on the tickets I bought, or at least get credit with the company, they said no. They explained that they ALWAYS have discounted tickets so they ALWAYS reject requests from people who had the bad luck to buy full price tickets. So don't buy full price tickets - you'll be on a boat with people who paid half as much as you.
