I thought this was one of the better apartments in the area. I assumed since it only has 1&2 bedroom apartments, there wouldn't be a lot of big families. So many of these apartments have 3 or 4 kids crammed in. I haven't gone to the pool because it is full of unsupervised kids messing around. I tried going to the gym, but 3 hispanic boys (around 10 yrs) were in there messing up the equipment, and dropping the f bomb every other word trying to be all gangster. No parents anywhere. Just watched 3 teenage kids throw knives at the fence for 30 min. The walls are so thin, you can hear anything outside. Hello car alarms and loud music. If you expect a better living experience, definitely look elsewhere. Construction in the next lot is noisy and creates a mess, it dried up the lake.
