I agree with some of the other reviewers on the professionalism issues. The stylists do gossip, including the last one I had who paid more attention to that than my hair. I haven't ever been totally satisfied with a haircut or color there and I guess I've learned my lesson and will be moving on. I give two stars because the person who does my eyebrows is very professional and does a good job every time and actually LISTENS to me when I tell her what I want.
