OMG I LOVE 313, they are so fun and funky, the building is big and pink and beautiful and it is so much FUN in there!!! I get my hair done there with STEPHANIE who has been there for like 25 years or something, I would go to nobody else, her hair always looks different and great every time I go, and she is SO knowledgeable and I think she loves doing hair, and even though it is too expensive, I don't care it's worth it. They include a Paraffin hand dip and they wash your hair and give you a Scalp and Neck massage and the color and cut are wonderful, they offer you drinks and have lots of magazines and the people there are just FUN!!!! I got my Nails done there once and it was good maybe I will try a Facial or a Massage there next time too, but I will never stop getting my hair done there! You should too and ask for STEPHANIE!!!
