I've been seeing Lena regularly for almost three years, and have recommended her to all of my friends. She is always thorough, attentive, and most of all consistent. I have never felt that she rushed through a facial, or had another customer to get to.
I particularly like that she doesn't pressure me to buy products. Sometimes she will tell me that I need to exfoliate more (which I know I should), and will ask why I'm not doing so- but that's as far as her sales pitch goes. If anything, I feel that I'm asking her to tell me about the products she carries!
Finally, the staff at Maksim are lovely!!!
