I felt very warmly welcomed upon arrival. The waiting room was tranquil and had plenty of reading material but didn't appear cluttered as many waiting rooms do. The tea service and flavored water was also a nice addition. Every treatment I have had I left me feeling relaxed rejuvenated and recharged..which is optimal since I live at hectic pace. I also loved the selection of skincare lines,candles,make-up and teas so I can continue feeling great when I am not at the spa. I highly recommend this spa as opposed others because of the luxurious and tranquil setting as well as personalized service
