In short, the sales manager George is rude and doesn't give a crap about the customer. I had a similar experience as the Guitar Dog Dude. In my case, I was trading in a fender power strat. The guitar comes with a db boost wired into one of the tone pots. Similar to the Eric Clapton model, but the powerhouse strat boost is a less db verison. The sales manager George tried to say that I had done that post purchase and fender never had that option on the powerhouse strat so he wasn't gonna give me as much for a trade in. The guy is uninformed and does not know what he is talking about. Above that when I tried to show him that it did come from the factory with that feature he was extremely rude. I will never go back there to give them a dime.
