I was talked into doing my part for conservation by converting my light fixtures at my apartment community (over 300 fixtures) to energy efficient ones. The fixtures are junk and after a few short months, bulbs started burning out. Each bulb is over $7 each to replace. Bo was supposed to warranty for 2 years. Trying to get them to even ship replacement bulbs has been literally IMPOSSIBLE. Over 15 phone calls - no action - VERY FRUSTRATING!!!!! I wish I could do it over - I would definitely not do the conversion. Now I am stuck paying to rip back out their fixtures and replace with regular fixtures. Several owners I have talked to said the same thing. OUCH!
Pros: Did a decent job with install
Cons: Need warranty work - FORGET IT !!!!
