We love getting on a Duffy and cruising the canals. We've rented from Bay Boat about half-a-dozen times and loved it every time...until the day after Christmas, when we made our reservation and showed up with 8 of our favorite friends and 2 ice chests...and there was NO ONE IN THE OFFICE! We waited for 45 mintues for someone to show up, we called...nothing. We finally got some guy on the dock to just give us a boat. It was a horrible and embarrassing situation. In follow up, we've since spoken to Bay Boat Rentals and they promised us a 2 hour credit on our next visit...but that was over 10 days ago and I've not seen a thing.
Pros: Love cruising the canals!
Cons: Poorly run business!
