The thing about Kramer is the set up and location. If it's cold outside and you don't want to wait outside of the Diner for late night eats, you can browse the book store at Kramer while waiting for a table. The food isn't so great, but if your drunk and hungry it won't really matter. The portions are large, but the seasoning is just off. I've been a couple of times and just feel its a bit overpriced and not that tasty.
