We thought we were getting good service here, until our dog was seriously ill. We took him to Abbott Valley in Cumberland, RI for a second opinion and then realized how poor the service was!
Foxboro never did a thorough exam; never told us that our dog had cataracts and was nearly blind; never considered that an ear infection was the source of our dog's confusion (which we now understand is not uncommon); randomly through out a diagnosis of ""senility;"" and wouldn't really listen to our description of the symptoms.
If we had accepted their diagnosis, the dog was suffering with little hope of improvement. With the proper treatment, which was a simple antibiotic, he is doing fine now.
Cons: One of the vets almost unnecessarily killed our dog!
