Basically I purchased RAM MEMORY from Compu America because I was referred to them by someone. I purchased it for $50.99. A week later, I got an email saying ""that was the only price so the new price is $61.99, is this ok to still charge your account."" OK, fine... totally wasn't okay to except but i needed it quickly and still was dirt cheap. Checked my account a week later, they charged me $110. I called them 3 times before I got a hold of them. They kept making excuses for me not to talk to the accounting person. Until FINALLY someone called me the next day. They said they had permission from someone to let them charge me $110 and i told them, there is no one but myself that is allowed to ""GIVE U PERMISSION"" to charge me. Made no sense. They offered to pay me $20 back. FINE but it's still not what they owe me and im not wasting anymore minutes of my time and phone and energy to deal with it so they will hear from the better business bureau!!
Cons: OVERCHARGED BY $50 and HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
