Ten years ago in 1999, I bought a used washing machine and a used clothes dryer from Walt?s Sherwood Appliance and Repair. When choosing the used clothes dryer, I decided on the one that was $50 cheaper than the other one they had available.
One to two weeks after delivery, the dryer stopped working properly (kept turning off before the clothes were dry). I called Walt?s. Within a few days with no fuss or argument, they delivered the other used clothes dryer to my home, picked up the one that wasn?t working properly, and did NOT charge me the extra $50 for the clothes dryer they brought out.
Why am I telling you this story now? Because I tell everyone I know this story; yes, even ten years afterwards. I tell everyone I know to buy from Walt?s because they are responsible, reputable and reliable. I have purchased another washer from them in the last ten years also.
