This is a family owned business with excellent products and customer service. The individuals are knowledgeable and customer oriented. They take as much time as the customer needs in making a decision. They help with the decision making by finding out what the customer's needs are BEFORE the purchase and directing them to safes that would meet those needs, including budgetary considerations. We were very pleased with the products we purchased as well as the excellent pricing. The delivery and set-up service team was knowledgeable, courteous, and customer-oriented as well. Overall, it was a great experience We are already, just in the first month, referring them to others in need of a safe, as well as in need of direction on what would meet their needs.
