I recently moved from New York City to Miami. I took my civic to the brickell honda for an oil change and a 30 point inspection. Two days later the car started to overheat. Turns out that they disconnected our front auxiliary fan, causing our coolant to boil out. Their error caused the head gasket to go, and caused coolant to leak into our oil, and then into the engine, and they DO NOT want to cover the repairs. The head mechanic at the New York Dealership confirmed that Brickell Honda's error caused the residual damage. THEY HAVE DAMAGED OUR CAR AND WILL NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THEIR ERROR. Honda corporate is looking into the problem, but Brickell Honda's management including John (Manager) and Chandler (Director of the Service Center) is terrible. DO NOT HAVE YOUR CAR SERVICED HERE!! Pros: The receptionist Diana was very nice. Cons: Everything else was Terrible. more
