PROS: OKAY cuts. GOOD w/ coloring, esp hi-lights. \r
CONS: VERY expensive! \r
NO parking!!Be prepared to drive around & around to find a parking space. I never could but always had to pay to park in a nearby lot. Cost adds up quickly!\r
STUPID cancellation polices . When I called to cancel the last app't I had with them I was told I could NO LONGER make any app'ts w/ them because I had cancelled 3 times during the 6-7 months that I had been their customer. They wouldn't listen to my reasons or let me explain, even though I always called at least 1-2 days in advance to give notice.\r
RUDE attitude. Very offensive & arrogant.Treating me as if I had committed some big crime. \r
There are plenty of other salons in the area that will truely appreciate your business-my advise is to find one.
Pros: OKAY hair cuts (but pricey) and GOOD hi-lights
