I've always had decent service. I'd like to comment on 1laila's review about the broken windshield - I've had a similiar incident, where I brought my car in and my driver's side mirror was broken during the time it was in their possession. They fixed it promptly and did not charge me a cent. They were apologetic and very friendly throughout the situation. I've been going back to them for Honda service since.
