I have been to Everett Street Bistro many times while visiting Portland, always for breakfast. First, I love the staff! Always VERY cheerful and attentive. My favorite breakfast ? The Eggs Benedict. It comes with chunks of delicious bacon, wonderful hollandaise sauce, served on thick crispy french bread, rather than the usual boring English muffin. SO YUMMY! I will return again and again!
