I got my haircut from a younger stylist, who did an okay job yet did not listen to my wants for my hair style. She forced an unnatural part and my ends were uneven the next day. Instead of listening to what I wanted, she tried selling the products the salon has. Although she was very nice and the staff made my experience agreeable, the haircut I received was far from satisfactory because she was not listening. My boyfriend got his haircut there, by the same stylist, and she did a terrific job, yet she still sold him hair products that he has yet to use. They sell their products over their service, and I will not return.
