I called to see if they were interested in a fridge I bought new three years ago which I am selling because I'm moving into an apartment that has a refrigerator. The guy on the phone was incredibly rude and told me they didn't ""have time"" to go ""all over town"" (I live three blocks away) and look at it. I would have to bring it to them, prove it worked and give give them my receipt to prove I bought it new. Then they'd decide if they wanted it or not. Not everyone has a truck to transport their refrigerator! If they weren't interested, that's all he had to say. He didn't need to treat me like I was trying to pull one over on him. What a creep! Cons: Rude! Bad Customer Service! Bad Business Practices! more
