my family moved in to this place 19 years ago, it was very nice and well maintained.. wow, 19 years later. they let any ""trailor trash move in, illegal deals that the maintenance man watch's go down,kids walking the streets,holes in the road, homes abandoned, empty lots, and the lot rent has gone up evry year since we moved in... it is now over 400 ... run dont walk dont stop... have you ever heard of a manager that doesnt have the main offices phone number???thats how bad this place is.. and the maintenance man singles out those who dare to question his motives... hmmmm...

Cons: bad roads, high lot rent, no visible management
