Jarrod Huser was the technician. Nice young man. He explained the issue and he fixed it in a matter of minutes & showed me how to do it myself. He said he could not charge me just for that little job. Again, WOW! That is the best service you can get & shows the goodnes of the American worker and the work ethic of our service folks. Thanks!
