I love cooking and I love to learn how to make myself a better chef so I take cooking classes all the time. I have gone to many culinary schools here in New York and I must say The Institute is the best! I try to take at least two of their classes every month the staff is amazing! I have become twice the chef I used to be thanks to The Institute of Culinary Education!!!
