Bottom line, I'm pleased with the ring I got for my wife, and I feel like I got a quality diamond and platinum setting at a decent price. I can, however, see why some people have written in their reviews here that they were put off by Margie's sales approach. In my experience she did a lot more talking than listening (talking ""at"" me, rather than conversing ""with"" me). But ultimately she is knowledgeable about the jewelry she sells, and the result (the ring) was nice, and fairly priced. To me, that's what was most important.
