I have short hair and struggle to find a great stylist who consistently creates a great cut. I have been with Rachel for several years now after going to stylist after stylist. I could never get the right cut or color. The cut would either be bulky or frumpy. The color to bleachy. Rachel is PERFECT. I am a mom, so never want to feel frumpy. She always cuts my hair to fit my style, even when we switch it up a bit. You know a good stylist when you can airdry and it looks cute! She also does amazing color. My hair has highlights that never seem to look obvious when they grow out. AND, she styled my hair when I got married several years back, and does an awesome job with that too! Needless to say, she better never leave Portland!!
