I had seen good examples of Hermary's work elsewhere and decided to use them to do the home automation for the media room in my house.
They are very talented, knowledgeable and professional. I enjoyed working with them during the installation, which went very well.
The design and installation were beautiful and we were pleased with the results.
However, I have had some problems getting them to follow-up on things after the installation. We still have some issues that need to be resolved.
RESPONSE FROM Hermary's Inc:
We contacted the client to apologize for the late follow up and assured him that a new switch cover has now been ordered.
We will call him very soon to arrange a time for it’s replacement.
