I think this customer that gave this negative review about this establishment is unfair!!! I hate to say this but this customer is probably the rudest customer they had to deal with! Actually I shouldn’t even call him a customer since he didn’t even buy anything from the store. He’s more of an idiot rather than a customer! I still remember that day because I just moved from San Francisco and that was the day when I lost my cell phone. My friend who’s a 10year customer of Planet Paging referred me to them because she said they have the best prices and best customer service that she’s ever experienced. Sure enough it’s true!!! I was one of the customer that this dork was talking about because I was activating a phone that day. I remember this idiot being on the phone when the manager Marilou greeted him and said that she will help him shortly as soon as she’s done with me. Unfortunately this idiot didn’t hear the manager since he’s too busy chatting on phone! He didn’t look like he was going to purchase a phone because he was just wondering around the store while he was talking on the phone. As soon as he got off the phone he rudely interrupted one of the sales associates which is Myrna and expected her to help him right away while me and the other customers are being helped. The price of the phone that he was pretending to be interested in was on sale that day that’s why he thinks the price fluctuated. The dummy didn’t know that they tried to give him the good deal since he didn’t understand what they were talking about. The sales associate was already heading to the back because she had to get the phone of the customer she was helping but he rudely interrupted her. Since he couldn’t afford the phone he started saying negative things as he left the store. That’s why I remembered this idiot! Yes you’re right, you are a waste of time for them dork!!! You should just shut your mouth if you're just going to say lies about businesses or people! I just went there again yesterday to activate another phone that's why i'm giving them this review because I got the best deal and the best customer service! Planet Paging is actually the best place to go to in San Diego for cell phones. I will not go anywhere else!!!!! \r
