I was shopping for a vacuum, and like everyone else I had seen the Oreck infomercials at least a hundred times & I have never been big on buying stuff from TV. I saw a billboard for an Oreck Clean Home Store in Madison. The store staff was knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. They asked about our cleaning concerns and gave me options, instead of pushing me into something I might not need. I am so happy I found them and I will be telling all my family and friends about them.
