I thought I had placed my mother in an upscale facility. The staff lines up the wheelchair patients by the nurse's station where the patients sit for hours. The night my mother died she suffered for hours because the physician and staff were unaware of what a dying person looks like so they never ordered her comfort medication to help her through the dying process. Parklane should be closed down before they hurt more people. You can't submit a review unless you give the facility at least one star. However, they don't deserve any stars.
Cons: Lazy uncaring staff.
