Alex is quite possibly the friendliest, most knowledgable, attentive, and genuinely nice sales person I've ever encountered. Not once did I feel sales pressure from him, and he spent a lot of time explaining everything about their products to me and patiently listened to all of my questions and concerns. He went out of his way to make sure I was getting exactly what I needed, while also helping me to get the best deal possible. 5-star customer service when I didn't necessarily expect it.
