We had my son's 6th birthday party here in April. It was horrible, nothing was turned on when we got there (an hour after opening). We had to walk around the whole place to find a person who worked there after waiting 10 minutes without anyone coming. Our party ""hostess"" was constantly missing in action, and completely useless. The floor in the party room was dirty and people's shoes kept sticking to it. That was very embarrassing!! My husband had to sit in the party room to let the rest of the kids know where we were since there weren't any staff members in site working to direct people to the right areas. When calling the owner to complain, he seemed like he was addressing the issues seriously. He even called me back two additional times to confirm all the problems with his unsupervised staff. He promised to mail us some tickets for free putt putt and other things at the attraction. To this day (almost 3 months later) we still haven't received anything from him! After going over the weekend to play putt putt, we were able to observe him unprofessionally sitting at the picnic table in the back chatting with the young female staff members. Hmmmm, I bet they learned their work ethic from him. This place is good for cheap family fun, but it's HORRIBLE for birthday parties. Forget it if you have a complaint, it goes in one ear and out the other. They didn't seem to appreciate my business at all, so do you think they will yours?
