My wife and I went to Sorrento's for dinner before a play. We made reservations so we would be seated quickly. It took about ten minutes before our waitress even acknowledged us and took our drink order. After placeing our order, It was a good fifteen minutes before we got salad and bread. My wife noticed there was a long black hair on the basket and mentioned it to our waitress. She apologized and took it away only to return ten minutes later with a single roll. At this point, it was forty five minutes since we placed our order. (Pizza and pasta) Upset and nearly running later for our play; we kindly asked to be charged for the salad and drinks. Our waitress responded with a surly attitude and no apologies; only if we'd be willing to wait an additional five minutes. We declined and were told to ""just go"" The food is a good value for the money, but make sure you are not charged extra for the hair.
