I will never again use this company. It has been four months and my microwave still isnt fixed. I would go somewhere else but its under warranty and this is what LG says I have to use. After several cancellations (including same day) I expressed my disappointment to the women answering the phone. She got an immediate attitude with me as if I were putting them out. I have taken off work 3 times so far unneccessarily for them not to show up. I am currently waiting for a between 10a-1pm appointment today. Its 12:45pm and no Bucko's so far............
