I came back from vacation only to find that someone had hit my car and driven away. I was really upset to find no note, or witnesses. I immediately called GEICO, and the representative walked me through the steps I needed to take, including filing a police report. During that week I had to make 3 phone calls to GEICO, and each time they were able to answer all my questions completely. In addition, they called me back to check on my progress, and even made an appointment for me to get my car fixed, and made an appointment with Enterprise so that I'd have a rental while my car was being fixed. I was very, very impressed with their customer service, and the entire process (filing a claim, getting my car fixed, etc) ended up being painless. As a result I am a GEICO customer for life (and plan to switch my husband over!)
