I have had a mailbox here for two years now, and I have never had the employees be anything but perfectly friendly to me, so was really surprised to read the bad review. Sure, sometimes they get crowded and you need to wait your turn. Whatever, they're friendly to everyone 99% of the time, and they have all the services you'd expect: mailboxes, copy machines, package mailing (and I think wrapping?), and a few mailing supplies. Entirely positive experience.
Pros: one-stop shop, good customer service
Cons: hours could be longer
