These guys came out and cleaned my ducts and serviced my a/c unit. A few hours after they left I noticed my ceiling was dripping water. I went into the attic and noticed they had knocked the drip line and it was dripping into the ceiling. It soaked through the ceiling right by an air vent. The drywall was damaged. I reconnected the drip line to avoid further damage. They sent a ""manager"" out who was introduced to me as the ""helper"" a few days before. He touched the dry wall and said ""this is dry, I don't know what you want me to do."" I told him that I needed the drywall repaired and showed him how it just crumbled when it was touched and how the paint was falling off. He told me that ""you don't know what the hell you are talking about."" I asked him to leave and called the company. They were willing to do nothing. You are better off using anyone else, at least you know if something like this happened you might have a chance they will fix it, because these CLOWNS will not!
Cons: Damaged my house and refused to fix it!
